packaging within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your original purchase price and shipping. Refund of shipping charges is limited to $90 USD.
The cost of shipping a return is the responsibility of the customer.

What is BodyRail's Warranty? | |

The BodyRail 4 series has a 5 year warranty on the risers and rail. All other parts have a 3 year warranty. This product is warranted for commercial use. The 4 series is actually in use in clinics and gyms around the country. | |

What comes with the BodyRail 430i? | |

The 430i comes with the rail and seat, risers that can either stand alone or be wall mounted, one padded exercise bar, two standard 28" cables with spring and locking carabiners, one 16" cable rod, one 30" wide cable rod/weight bar with spring clamps, two padded handles, two ankle straps and one reversible foot platform. | |

How much resistance do the resistance band kits provide? | |

We offer up to 4 different levels of resistance bands. The bands can be used in pairs or combined for increased levels of resistance. The resistance levels are: Orange (Light Weight) 9 lbs each, 18 lbs for the pair Yellow (Medium Weight) 12 lbs each or 24 lbs for the pair Green (Heavy Weight) 16 lbs each or 32 lbs for the pair Blue (Extra Heavy Weight) 20 lbs each or 40 lbs for the pair Combining all 4 sets provides for up to 114 lbs of resistance. |
