| Quick Assembly of the BodyRail 440i |
| Remove all loose parts and lay out for easy access durng assemly. Refer to Loose Parts List for identification. Click on pictures to enlarge for more detail. |

Remove the riser assembly and rail from the box and set on the floor in the location where the machine will be used. |
|
Pivot the rear stabilizer up and away from the risers by lifing both stabilizer rods at the same time. |
|
Once the rear stabilizers are perpendicular to the risers insert the end of the rear stabilizer rods into the slots in the risers. Do not yet insert the pins to lock the rods in place. |
|
Pivot the risers and rear stabilizers up and away from the rail by grasping the upper wall mount bracket. |
|
Continue to pivot the risers and rear stabilizers up and away from the rail... |
|
...until the risers are perpendicular to the rail and resting on the floor. |
|
Insert a 2 1/2" pin through each riser connecting the stabilizer rod to the riser. Be sure pins go all the way through the rod and riser. |
|
Roll the seat to the foot end of the rail. |
|
Pivot the front stabilizer rods up and away from the floor and rest them inside the slots in the front of the risers. |
|
Insert a 2 1/2" pin through each riser connecting the stabilizer rod to the riser. Be sure pin goes all the way through the rod and riser. |
|
The tolerances are intentionaly tight to ensure stability. Some adjusting of the riser and rods may be necessary to line up the holes. |
|
Attach each of the lateral stabilizers to the risers with an allen screw... |
|
...and a knob screw. |
|
Lift the rail off the ground with one hand while holding the rail-riser rod in the other hand. |
|
Line up the hole in the rail with holes in the riser just below the letter "i". |
|
Insert the rail-riser rod through the riser, the rail and the other riser. Insert the pin through the rail-riser rod to secure the rail to the riser. |
|
With one cable detached from the cable rod, insert the cable rod through both risers just above the letter "R". |
|
Secure cable rod to risers by attaching the spring clip holding the other cable. |
