| Reversible Foot Platform: Exclusive to BodyRail is our reversible foot platform. In the upright position it allows the user to do squats, calf raises, side squats, etc…. In the reversed position provides clearance under the rail that is available only from BodyRail. Clearance under the rail means users can perform seated leg extensions and leg curls just like you would in a gym. It also gives you the ability to do swimming exercises with the resistance below you, just like you would experience in a swimming pool.
