| Tips for Getting On and Off BodyRail |
| Using the Pullup Bar. |

Place one foot on the foot rod. |
|
Reach forward and grab seat with both hands. |
|
Raise seat along rail to a comfortable height. |
|
Place other foot on foot rod and lean forward on seat. |
| Using the Foot Platform. |
|
After the platform has been installed with support brackets and pins securely in place, straddle the rail and place one foot on the foot platform. |

Reach for the seat and adjust it to a comfortable position. |
| Inverting. |
|
Straddle the seat facing the foot end of the machine. |
|
Reach for the seat and adjust it to a comfortable position. |
|
Roll forward laying down on the seat while at the same time gripping the exercise bar. To get off the machine, simply reverse these steps. |
| Using the Ankle Straps. |
|
Stand up and place padded exercise bar behind legs. |
|
Sit on seat and adjust padded bar to a comfortable position under your legs. To get off the machine simply reverse these steps. Remember to remove ankle straps before getting off the machine. |
