Tips for Getting On and Off BodyRail

Using the Pullup Bar.

Place one foot on the foot rod.

Reach forward and grab seat with both hands.

Raise seat along rail to a comfortable height.

Place other foot on foot rod and lean forward on seat.

Reach up and hold onto exercise bar firmly. Lift feet off foot rod and lower yourself gently to begin exercise. When getting off the machine, simply reverse these steps. Make sure to keep a foot on the foot rod when dismounting.


Using the Foot Platform.

After the platform has been installed with support brackets and pins securely in place, straddle the rail and place one foot on the foot platform.

Reach for the seat and adjust it to a comfortable position.

Lean on seat and place other foot on platform. When getting off the machine simply reverse these steps. Make sure to let the seat down slowly and keep one foot on the foot platform until you are standing on the floor.


Inverting.

Straddle the seat facing the foot end of the machine.

Reach for the seat and adjust it to a comfortable position.

Roll forward laying down on the seat while at the same time gripping the exercise bar. To get off the machine, simply reverse these steps.



Using the Ankle Straps.

After the foot platform has been securely attached in the reverse position and the rail is set at the desired angle, attach the cable rod with ankle straps to the riser below the rail. Straddle rail with your back to risers, sit down on seat and attach ankle straps.

Stand up and place padded exercise bar behind legs.

Sit on seat and adjust padded bar to a comfortable position under your legs. To get off the machine simply reverse these steps. Remember to remove ankle straps before getting off the machine.
